We recommend to order 2 days in advance. However, if you have less than that for small orders, let us know and we will see how we can help.

Our kueh handmade from scratch daily with no preservatives added are best enjoyed on the same day of purchase.

If you plan to eat more than a day later, kueh must be kept in the fridge (chiller section) immediately upon purchase and consumed within 2 to 3 days.

Before eating, place the kueh on a non-stick surface spaced apart. Steam gently for 4 minutes over boiling water and do not over-steam. Allow it to settle for 2 minutes before removing.

For a unique twist, pan fry it with a little bit of oil. The crispy skin elevates the kueh texture and taste profile.

Please do not microwave the kueh.
